📋 Description

• Develop and keep the system test strategy up to date • Build, maintain and update test scripts and artifacts • Monitor the development of requirements from conception and support quality practices throughout the development lifecycle • Validate deliveries produced by development teams • Plan and execute functional and non-functional tests • Map and update the critical path of CAIXA applications • Support user managers in acceptance of requirements • Promote continuous improvement of CAIXA applications quality • Ensure traceability between test artifacts, requirements, source code and other elements • Manage and generate test data sets • Manage development and test environments • Maintain test data, scripts, artifacts, simulators, routines and business processes • Produce test documentation, including strategies, plans, test cases, test scripts and test scenarios • Create and execute automated and manual scripts, recording and analyzing results • Perform acceptance, compatibility, regression, integration, functional, exploratory, connectivity, vulnerability, stress and load tests • Build mocks, stubs and simulators • Evaluate non-functional performance requirements • Monitor and increase test coverage • Log defects and evaluate results of each test cycle • Support managers and teams during requirement homologation/acceptance • Create tests based on business scenarios, user experience and defects • Assist the Product Owner in writing acceptance criteria and approving sprint stories • Assist in writing automated unit tests • Conduct ATDD, BDD and/or Specification by Example • Maintain system cycles, daily and monthly routines, batch jobs and interfaces in defined environments • Perform security tests and validations, identify vulnerabilities and propose improvements • Assess security aspects indicated by OWASP • Use automation, performance, planning, test management and execution tools • Identify target test items and align the test scope to the available time frame

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Data Processing, Information Systems, Informatics, Computer Engineering or another Information Technology field • Alternatively, a bachelor's degree in any field with a specialization in Information Technology • At least one required or equivalent certification: ATC, CBTS, CTFL or CTFL-AT/ISTQB Agile Tester • Knowledge of test management tools, defect management/bug tracking and test automation • Knowledge in generating test data sets and virtualized interfaces • Experience in test management and planning • Ability to produce basic test documentation, including plans, test scripts, evidence and test data sets • Ability to create automated and manual scripts with variable data pools • Knowledge of functional, non-functional, acceptance, compatibility, regression, integration, exploratory, connectivity, vulnerability, stress and load testing • Knowledge of mocks, stubs and simulators • Knowledge of non-functional performance requirements and the use of specific tools and monitors • Knowledge of requirements notation in both agile and traditional models • Ability to create tests based on business scenarios, user experience and defects • Understanding of systems under test, business, requirements, programming and testing • Knowledge of ATDD, BDD and/or Specification by Example • Knowledge of software failure modes and testing techniques • Knowledge of security testing and validations and common OWASP security aspects • Knowledge of specialized tools for automation, performance and test planning, management and execution
