• Partnering with hiring teams across the UK and Canada • Owning full-cycle recruitment across GTM and CX roles (UK, EMEA & CA markets) • Partnering with hiring managers on role briefs, scorecards, and sourcing strategy • Crafting compelling job ads that reflect our EVP and drive quality applications • Sourcing high-calibre candidates using creative outbound techniques • Reviewing applications and running structured screening interviews • Managing candidate pipelines and coordinating interview processes • Delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey • Tracking key metrics to drive efficiency and continuous improvement • Supporting broader hiring projects and process optimisation initiatives
• 3–4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition • Proven success hiring across a range of commercial and/or CX functions • Experience working in SaaS, tech, scale-up, or high-growth environments • Strong sourcing skills and confidence using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, etc. • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills • High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities • Comfort working flexibly across UK and Canadian time zones • A passion for candidate experience, employer branding, and continuous improvement
