📋 Description

• Develop RAI-focused test plans, test cases, and test scripts for fairness and transparency criteria • Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing on AI models and systems • Monitor model performance and compliance throughout the AI lifecycle • Document and communicate test results, anomalies, and recommendations • Integrate RAI testing into the overall QA framework • Collaborate with data scientists to refine testing approaches based on model updates or new RAI policies • Establish real-time monitoring and feedback mechanisms to detect performance degradation and recalibrate models

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field • 3+ years in QA or testing roles • At least 1 year focusing on AI/ML testing or model validation • Familiarity with bias detection, fairness metrics, and AI governance is a plus • QA certifications such as ISTQB are beneficial • Specialized Responsible AI or ethical AI training is a plus • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Understanding of QA methodologies and AI-specific testing approaches • Effective communication skills to report and escalate findings • Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection for remote work • Fiber, cable, or DSL internet service required for remote work • Adequate home workspace with limited disruption
