📋 Description
• Analyze and synthesize large, multi-source datasets to uncover insights • Synthesize Empower data to generate actionable insights into customer behaviors and sentiment drivers • Shape experimentation strategy supporting business and growth objectives • Lead high-impact, cross-functional experimentation initiatives • Conduct advanced, multi-source analyses to anticipate customer trends and influence strategic decisions • Apply advanced analytical and modeling techniques to complex business problems • Advise leaders on experimentation design, interpretation, and trade-offs • Influence prioritization and decision-making through strategic insights • Contribute to experimentation frameworks and best practices • Represent experimentation expertise in cross-functional forums • Communicate strategic insights to senior leadership • Grow and maintain the Experimentation Center of Excellence
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline • 10+ years of experience in experimentation, analytics, or optimization • Deep expertise in experimentation design and statistical modeling • Demonstrated ability to influence strategy without formal authority • Strong executive communication skills • Deep understanding of the Empower business model, product and service offerings, and customer and prospect needs • Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection for remote work • A home workspace with limited disruption • Fiber, cable, or DSL internet service
