📋 Description

• Prospect new clients and provide consultative sales support. • Identify client needs and present suitable solutions. • Prepare commercial proposals and conduct negotiations. • Perform follow-up on sales opportunities. • Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting through closing. • Maintain client relationships to promote retention and uncover new business opportunities. • Update information in the system/CRM and monitor sales metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Proven experience in commercial/sales roles, specifically in consultative selling or client relationship management. • Excellent verbal and written communication, persuasive skills, and strong negotiation abilities. • Proactive, organized, and results-oriented. • Proficient with computer tools and CRM usage. • Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a 100% remote/home office environment. • Preferred: experience in selling services, knowledge of negotiation techniques and sales pipeline management, and experience with active prospecting (outbound) and account/portfolio management.
