📋 Description
• Support payroll coordination, salary and wage adjustments, and employee benefits administration • Ensure employee data in HRIS is accurate • Process compensation actions in alignment with internal procedures • Assist employees in understanding benefits and resolving payroll discrepancies • Collaborate with HR, finance, and third-party providers
🎯 Requirements
• 2 years of payroll and/or benefits experience required • Understanding of compensation policies, wage compliance, and benefits administration • Proficiency with payroll and HRIS systems (e.g., Paycom, ADP) • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred • AIHR certifications & SHRM certification • Working knowledge of FLSA, ACA, and HIPAA requirements • Ability to pass background and reference checks.
