📋 Description

• Teach clinical staff how to use and implement critical care monitoring equipment. • Help configure monitor setups to match each site’s needs. • Provide end‑user classes, in‑services, and “on the fly” training. • Offer on‑site support during new installations or upgrades. • Share customer feedback with the client’s clinical and support teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Current RN license (BSN Preferred) • Minimum of three years of Full-Time critical care experience such as ICU, CCU, NICU, ED, OR. • Strong, Demonstrable knowledge of: • Cardiac rhythms and ST‑segment interpretation. • Bedside and central station monitoring workflows. • Set up and management of Invasive lines and pressure monitoring (e.g., cardiac output, wedge pressures). • Flexibility, strong initiative, accountability, and professionalism. • Excellent communication, interpersonal and training/presentation skills. • Expertise with Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and basic networks. • Ability to organize, schedule and manage all travel needs and accommodation. • Keen attention to detail, organized and enthusiastic learner.
