• The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing enBio Corp.’s national sales strategy to drive significant and sustainable revenue growth across the company’s service lines. • This executive leadership role will focus on expanding enBio’s presence within hospitals, health systems, clinics, and surgical centers by building strategic customer relationships, developing new market opportunities, and leading a high-performing sales organization. • The Director of Sales will work closely with executive leadership to identify strategic growth opportunities, expand enBio’s market presence, and position the company as a trusted partner delivering operational excellence and exceptional value to healthcare organizations. • A central responsibility of this role is to build and lead a data-driven sales organization with clear performance metrics and measurable outcomes. • The Director of Sales will establish the structure, processes, and leadership required to scale the company’s revenue growth while maintaining strong customer relationships and operational alignment. • The Director of Sales will serve as a key architect of the company’s growth strategy, helping scale enBio’s national presence and revenue platform. • This position requires a leader who combines strategic vision with strong personal engagement in the marketplace. • The Director of Sales is expected to maintain a consistent field presence, actively engaging with healthcare leaders and decision makers while guiding and mentoring the broader sales organization. • The Director of Sales is expected to lead from the field, maintaining meaningful and consistent engagement with customers while building and guiding the broader sales organization. • The Director of Sales reports directly to the President and will play a key role in supporting the company’s long-term strategic growth objectives.
• Minimum 5-10 years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably within healthcare services, healthcare technology management, medical equipment services, or related healthcare support industries. • Prior experience within an Independent Service Organization (ISO) is strongly preferred. • A well-established network of industry relationships within hospitals, health systems, and healthcare leadership is highly desirable. • Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and large multi-location healthcare accounts. • Experience implementing data-driven sales processes and performance management systems. • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
