📋 Description

• Endace is a world leader in network monitoring technology with offices in New Zealand, Australia, and the United States. • Always-On network recording and visibility solutions help monitor and secure high-speed networks across on-premise, private, and public cloud environments. • Banks, financial institutions, healthcare providers, telecoms, retailers, governments and the military rely on Endace products to manage and protect their critical networks. • Partnerships with Cisco, Darktrace, IBM, Palo Alto Networks, Splunk and many others integrate high-speed packet capture into solutions and host apps on the EndaceProbe platform. • Remote United States field sales role and part of Endace’s global team.

🎯 Requirements

• significant experience in a technical presales/solutions customer facing role within the security, and/or network monitoring sector • hands on working experience troubleshooting complex network issues with network analysis tools (e.g. Wireshark) • a working knowledge of network/security forensic analysis, incident response techniques and processes • a deep technical understanding of TCP/IP, network analysis, troubleshooting and understanding of network security and threat mitigation • ability to present and articulate a value proposition to customers at all levels within an organization across both technical and business audience • ability to travel to and be present on customer sites as required to fulfil the responsibilities of the role
