📋 Description

• Act as the strategic liaison between business stakeholders and the Salesforce technical delivery team • Understand business processes, elicit and document requirements, and translate them into actionable user stories and technical specifications • Collaborate with business partners, Product Owners, and cross-functional stakeholders on requirements • Translate high-level business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow diagrams • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives • Manage and maintain the product backlog in Jira • Maintain work notes and remove blockers to support successful deployments • Analyze current-state business processes and identify Salesforce automation and efficiency opportunities • Partner with Salesforce Developers and Architects to ensure solutions meet business requirements and Salesforce best practices • Evaluate the impact of new Salesforce releases and features on customizations and workflows • Define, develop, and implement test conditions and plans • Perform functional testing and coordinate User Acceptance Testing with business stakeholders • Troubleshoot systemic issues and defects, conduct root-cause analysis, and partner with development on remediation • Create and maintain project documentation, system workflows, and training materials in Confluence • Serve as a train-the-trainer resource and support business users adopting new Salesforce features • Deliver technical presentations and release notes to non-technical leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience required • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in an IT Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or closely related role • 2+ years of direct experience working on the Salesforce platform • Understanding of standard objects, custom objects, flows, validation rules, and security controls • Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and/or Salesforce Certified Administrator strongly preferred • Strong experience working within Agile/Scrum software development frameworks • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office Suite • Visio/Lucidchart for process mapping is a plus • Participation in internal and external meetings via video calls, as necessary • Ability to work onsite at corporate or client offices, as necessary • Ability to remain stationary at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods • Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead, as necessary • Hand-eye coordination to operate computers and office equipment • Close vision, tolerance of fluorescent lighting, and ability to adjust focus • For roles requiring business travel/event attendance: ability to lift 25 lbs • For roles requiring business travel/event attendance: valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
