• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for revenue cycle initiatives, from discovery and requirements gathering to launch and post-launch optimization • Effectively translate the product strategy into a product roadmap that serves business outcomes and value delivery • Work closely with users and stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities that align with our objectives • Translate customer needs and technical insights into clear and concise product specifications • Partner with revenue cycle operations teams, engineering, compliance, and clinical teams to build, test, and deploy solutions that deliver value • Define and analyze Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) to measure the impact and success of products • Monitor integration data flow, identify and prevent errors, and ensure high quality billing processes • Manage vendor relationships of the products within revenue cycle digital portfolio
• Experience with the healthcare industry and the revenue cycle technology used within • 3+ years of experience as a product manager, or related, with a strong track record of launching successful software products • Experience in healthcare revenue cycle products • Ability to think big picture and translate complex, ambiguous problems into a clear product roadmap with measurable outcomes • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others • Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred
