📋 Description

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud-based infrastructure using Microsoft Entra ID • Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune • Implement and manage identity and access management policies using Entra ID, including Conditional Access, MFA, and RBAC • Automate provisioning and configuration tasks using PowerShell • Monitor system performance, availability, and security using ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus, Vulnerability Management, and Log360 • Set up, deploy, and administer ManageEngine MDM on Macintosh and Windows clients • Manage the Egnyte Storage platform • Collaborate with internal teams to enforce data protection and governance policies • Support incident response and root cause analysis for cloud-related issues • Create and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles for internal IT teams • Configure SaaS environments for SSO • Automate computer provisioning using Windows Autopilot, Apple Business Manager, and ManageEngine MDM • Manage cloud-based infrastructure services including AWS, Sophos Anti-Virus, Mimecast, and Bitwarden • Provide emergency or pre-planned out-of-hours support when required • Perform ad hoc IT duties assigned by the manager • Liaise with suppliers to enable access to IT supplies • Research and recommend technologies, equipment, and services, documenting implemented systems • Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures and documentation • Respond to and manage Service Desk incidents as a level 3 escalation point • Report to an offsite manager and manage time and presence independently

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in cloud systems engineering or IT infrastructure roles • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, Microsoft 365, Egnyte, and AWS administration • Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell and Azure CLI • Solid understanding of networking, DNS, VPNs, and firewalls in cloud environments • Expertise with MDM package deployment on Mac and Windows; ManageEngine preferred • Experience with RBAC, Conditional Access, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM) • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills • Great English communication, writing, interpersonal, and organizational skills • Ability to work accurately to deadlines under pressure and handle confidential information discreetly • Ability to learn quickly and work without close supervision • Effective prioritization, time management, organization, and attention to detail • Understanding of networking principles including DNS, DHCP, LAN switches, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet connectivity • Experience with MDM deployment • Office 365 administration, including 2FA, email, and Teams • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300) • Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate • Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900) • CCNA certification or equivalent hands-on experience with Cisco, Aruba, or HPE networking platforms is a plus
