📋 Description

• Responsible for supporting the company's legal activities, providing technical and administrative support for contractual, regulatory, commercial and consultative matters. • Works under direct supervision, ensuring the legal compliance of processes and documents, with a focus on learning and technical development in the energy sector, particularly in energy trading. • Support the drafting and review of contracts related to energy trading. • Conduct legal research and prepare preliminary legal opinions on various day-to-day matters of the company. • Support the review and negotiation of NDAs and other agreements, especially service contracts. • Assist the legal team with regulatory matters related to energy trading. • Update and maintain internal legal controls. • Interact with internal departments to enable projects and commercial operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Up to 2 years since completion of a law degree, with active OAB registration in any state. • Previous experience in the energy sector and/or in commercial contracts is a plus. • English proficiency is desirable.
