📋 Description

• Provide phone and digital patient support • Schedule consultations and support patients throughout their care journey • Answer questions about assisted reproductive medicine treatments and techniques • Perform administrative tasks, including updating spreadsheets, sending emails, and using operating systems

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Biomedicine, preferably in the 3rd to 5th semester • Must have a personal computer and internet access to perform the required activities • Available to work fully remotely, 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 2:45 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 1:45 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. • Previous experience in healthcare and/or customer service • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Quick learner • Ability to work as part of a team • Goal-oriented and focused on meeting targets • Proactive, punctual, and committed • Empathetic and courteous when assisting patients • Interest in and willingness to learn about human reproduction and customer service best practices
