📋 Description

• Oversee all the core insurance verification and authorization work • Accountable for successfully onboarding all diagnostic and surgical service lines to EIQ Clear • Accomplishing the EIQ / Waystar / Rhyme / eMPA associated automation and AI AOP goals • Identify and implement strategies to improve processes, promote operational efficiency, enhance the patient experience • Establish positive, collaborative relationships with operational leaders • Provide vision, leadership and operational oversight for all Pre-Access functions and Senior Access leaders across the organization • Actively leads and/or participates in modernizing Pre-Access including goal setting and tracking of metrics • Develop and maintain an effective leadership team by selecting, evaluating, coaching and managing performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • 5 + years of leadership experience • 5+ years of Revenue Cycle, Patient Access or Pre Access experience • Demonstrated advanced usage of AI, success in translating AI into Business outcomes • Experience in healthcare provider finance operations or similar service environment required • Strong executive presence with the ability to project confidence, credibility and authority • Demonstrated experience implementing strategic initiatives • Financial and project management experience required • Ability to effectively lead diverse teams and influence change management • Effective communication skills
