📋 Description

• lead, mentor, and develop a team of high-performing software engineers • partner closely with Product Management to define roadmaps • guide system design, architecture, and technical decision-making for scalable cloud-based applications • oversee the delivery of software solutions ensuring quality and alignment with business objectives • drive adoption of engineering best practices including agile methodologies and CI/CD • continuously identify opportunities to improve applications, development processes, architecture, and infrastructure • collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to develop innovative solutions • coach and support engineers through technical challenges and career development • evaluate emerging technologies to improve scalability and operational effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years as a software engineer • 3-5 years of experience leading a team of engineers preferred • 5+ years of experience in modern technology stacks • understanding of engineering fundamentals: testing automation, code reviews, telemetry, iterative delivery and DevOps • experience with continuous integration & delivery tools, REST API development, serverless architecture, containerization, IaC, public cloud, application observability, GraphQL and/or event driven architecture • solid foundations in formal architecture, design patterns and best practices • demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences • exposure to AI-enabled development tools, code generation models, or ML-driven insights
