• Manage team of 2-5 recruiters • Lead, coach, develop, and mentor a team of recruiters and recruiting support staff. • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, coaching sessions, and performance discussions. • Oversee daily recruiting operations and workflow management for assigned functional area. • Monitor recruiter workload, requisition assignment, candidate pipelines, and productivity metrics. • Manage a portfolio of high-priority, complex, hard-to-fill, executive, technical, or strategic searches. • Source, screen, assess, interview, and recommend qualified candidates for consideration. • Develop and present recruiting updates and dashboards to leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. • Five or more years of progressive Talent Acquisition, recruiting, or related experience. • Two or more years of leadership, mentoring, team lead, or supervisory experience. • Experience leading complex full lifecycle recruitment efforts. • Experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers. • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive hiring decisions through consultation and data.
