📋 Description
• Lead Lists & CRM Data Management • Support B2B functions with targeted lead lists and CRM data hygiene in HubSpot • Help build landing pages, dashboards, and digital products • Oversee marketing campaigns and maintain performance tracking frameworks • Collaborate on campaign performance reporting and content strategy across channels
🎯 Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, growth, or operations • Genuinely excited about AI tools and use them to move faster and smarter • Technical leaning - experience with AI tools, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Clay preferred • Strong generalist who thrives owning multiple workstreams simultaneously • Detail-oriented with high autonomy • Comfortable in fast-moving environments with changing priorities • Solutions-oriented and proactive - you spot problems before they're pointed out to you
