📋 Description

• Identify, establish, and nurture business sales relationships with property management companies in our Central Region. • Engage in local and regional travel, and participate in apartment associations. • Conduct periodic visits to Entrata headquarters in Utah and attend national trade shows and events.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the multifamily housing industry (a plus). • 3-5 years of experience in technology/software sales (SaaS, PaaS, enterprise software, etc.). • A bachelor's degree. • A genuine passion for sales, exceptional presentation skills, and the ability to close deals. • An understanding of how to cultivate client relationships. • Demonstrated ambition, assertiveness, confidence, honesty, and discipline. • Social intelligence and the capacity to build lasting, high-quality relationships with clients and colleagues. • Proven sales results and a track record of success. • The ability to work independently.
