âą 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles. âą Proven success building B2B demand generation programs that generated measurable pipeline and revenue. âą Experience leading marketing strategy within SaaS, technology, digital marketing, or agency environments. âą Strong understanding of AI-powered marketing workflows and automation. âą Experience managing marketing budgets, KPIs, forecasting, and revenue-focused initiatives. âą Advanced experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot. âą Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. âą Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. âą Exceptional writing, messaging, and storytelling abilities. âą Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
