📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 10–15 active UK and U.S.-based client accounts • Lead recurring client meetings and provide timely follow-up communication • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients • Manage client expectations, priorities, timelines, and project delivery • Build trusted, long-term client relationships • Own projects from planning through final delivery using ClickUp or a similar platform • Coordinate internal teams, assign priorities, and monitor workloads • Ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with client expectations • Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and proactively resolve issues • Develop and support SEO strategies and long-term growth plans • Review website performance, analytics, campaign results, reports, content, audits, and deliverables • Conduct keyword research and identify optimization opportunities • Support website launches and digital marketing initiatives • Coordinate work across remote delivery teams • Monitor capacity, workloads, and project priorities • Support onboarding of new team members • Prepare operational updates and communicate project status to leadership • Improve internal processes and delivery efficiency • Drive measurable SEO and digital marketing performance for clients

🎯 Requirements

• 6–12+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, including at least 5 years within a marketing or digital agency • Proven experience independently managing multiple client accounts • Strong knowledge of SEO, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword research, content strategy, Google Search Console, and reporting • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects using ClickUp or similar project management platforms • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager • Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills • Outstanding written and verbal English communication at C1/C2 level • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive ownership mindset • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail • Experience overseeing Google Ads or Meta Ads campaigns preferred • Familiarity with WordPress and website staging environments preferred • Experience supporting U.S. or international clients in construction, home services, or real estate preferred • Experience using Toggl or similar time-tracking platforms preferred • Experience leading cross-functional remote teams preferred
