📋 Description

• Manage existing customer accounts and identify opportunities for business growth • Build long-term relationships with contractors, distributors, engineers, and industrial clients • Generate upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts • Deliver customer service throughout the sales process • Understand customer project requirements and recommend appropriate electrical solutions • Prepare quotations and support customers throughout the purchasing process • Explain technical specifications and product capabilities • Assist customers with product selection based on application requirements • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution • Follow projects from quotation through delivery • Maintain regular communication with customers regarding project status • Maintain accurate CRM records and customer documentation • Submit weekly work plans and sales updates • Track customer interactions, project opportunities, and account activity

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B technical sales • Technical background in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Installations, or a related field • Experience selling electrical equipment, transformers, switchgear, power distribution products, or other industrial electrical solutions • Strong understanding of electrical installations and power distribution systems • Ability to understand customer technical requirements and recommend appropriate solutions • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts independently • Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace • Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1) required for professional communication with U.S.-based customers • Full-time availability during U.S. business hours
