📋 Description

• Perform field sales, training, and sales support functions for the IOS commercial organization • Provide effective instruction on IOS sales products and related services • Drive business through co-travel, events, and dealer relationship building with existing customers and prospects • Secure clinical support at office level • Support educational and technical hands-on assistance/training, co-host training/events, and new business development • Ensure seamless organizational rollouts and enhance customer experience • Support new business pilots and assist in closing business within time-sensitive sales cycles • Develop deep understanding of assigned software and IOS products and overall solution portfolio • Support prospective customers and cultivate/maintain the customer base in an account-based management environment • Execute sales strategy across North and South India markets • Compete effectively in the market using knowledge of the competitive landscape and customer value propositions • Maintain monthly Bowlers/KPIs for sales targets • Establish professional relationships with key customer personnel and meet assigned profitable sales and margin targets

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of successful outside sales experience or a Dental Technician • Bachelor’s degree in dental, engineering or equivalent education • Prefer sales experience selling into life science, medical device, or dental field industry • Must be fluent in English language; knowledge of local languages will be an added advantage • Ability to digest, comprehend, and verbalize highly technical product and clinical information related to company products • Demonstrate professional sales skills • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills • Proficient using MS Office is an advantage • Open to travel
