📋 Description

• Drive the successful implementation of EPI across the Belgian and Luxembourgish markets • Act as the link between participating banks and the EPI organization • Develop tailored implementation plans and establish appropriate project governance • Support new members through onboarding and co-design their EPI implementation plans • Oversee end-to-end delivery by guiding members' project managers • Manage technical, legal, branding, marketing, and product dimensions of implementations • Facilitate sessions to resolve product, rules, and technical challenges • Lead and prepare steering committees with members' project managers • Track and report KPIs, identify risks and mitigation strategies, and provide actionable stakeholder reporting • Continuously refine rollout and onboarding processes with other Implementation Managers, focusing on standardization, industrialization, and experience sharing • Report to the Chief Implementation Officer and collaborate with Product, Scheme, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Science, Business Administration or a related field • +5 years of experience in financial services, payments, or consulting • Ideally experience working with Belgian or Luxembourgish Payment Service Providers • Proven project management experience • Exposure to complex, multi-stakeholder environments is a strong asset • Ability to lead from a business perspective while demonstrating a high tech affinity • Fluency in English and Dutch (CEFR C1 or C2); other European languages are a plus • Ability to remain effective and focused in a flexible environment where processes, regulations, and products continuously evolve • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work and track progress through KPIs • Comfortable working remotely in a pan-European, multicultural environment
