📋 Description

• Implement and configure SAP Work Zone integrated with SAP SuccessFactors • Design and implement employee digital experiences (portals, pages, cards, integrations) • Configure integrations with SuccessFactors modules (EC, RCM, ONB, PMGM, Learning, etc.) • Collaborate with functional and technical teams (BTP, IAS/IPS, Integration Center, CPI) • Support the definition of architecture, security and access (roles, groups, permissions) • Participate in workshops, requirements gathering and solution design • Participate in testing phases, go-live and post-go-live support • Produce and maintain functional and technical documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors • Hands-on knowledge of SAP Work Zone • Experience with SAP BTP, IAS/IPS and integrations • Experience in end-to-end implementation projects • Strong communication skills for interaction with clients and stakeholders
