📋 Description

• Work on digital transformation projects • Implement and enhance ITSM processes in large-scale corporate environments • Implement, configure, and provide ongoing support for ServiceNow ITSM • Work with the Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Service Catalog, and SLA modules • Translate business requirements into technical solutions on the platform • Participate in agile ceremonies, client workshops, and solution design

🎯 Requirements

• CIS certification in ITSM • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams • Experience with integrations, Flow Designer, Script Includes, and Business Rules • Experience working on enterprise projects or in consulting • Knowledge of other ServiceNow suites, including CSM, HRSD, and FSM • Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow ITSM • Experience with the Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Service Catalog, and SLA modules • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions on the platform
