📋 Description

• Configure and customize ServiceNow HRSD solutions • Develop HR journeys and processes, including onboarding, employee transfers, offboarding, and employee support • Work with Employee Center, Service Catalog, HR Case Management, HR Services, Knowledge Management, and Lifecycle Events • Develop workflows, approvals, notifications, and automations • Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems, especially SAP, using APIs, REST, SOAP, HTTP, JSON, and MID Server • Support solution design and requirements gathering • Provide technical support to teams

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience with ServiceNow • Hands-on experience with HRSD and HR processes • Knowledge of configuration, customization, and development on the ServiceNow platform • Experience with integrations and JavaScript • Knowledge of web applications, networks, protocols, and email (SMTP/POP3) • ServiceNow certifications and ITIL Foundation certification are a plus • Knowledge of Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Relations is a plus • Experience with SAP, App Engine, ITSM, CMDB, and security is a plus • Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe is a plus • Knowledge of privacy and data protection practices applied to HR is a plus
