📋 Description

• Support Service Request Management, Service Catalog, and Service Offerings activities in ServiceNow • Assist with the design and maintenance of catalog items, request workflows, and service offerings • Support testing activities, including test case execution and defect tracking • Document solutions, user stories, and test cases • Collaborate with architects, analysts, and business stakeholders • Perform troubleshooting and incident analysis • Ensure alignment with CSDM standards and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer and/or Functional Consultant • ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification is required • Knowledge of CSDM (Common Service Data Model) • Experience with Service Request Management, Service Catalog, and/or Service Offerings • Experience supporting testing activities • Ability to produce clear documentation, user stories, and test cases • Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills • Experience with troubleshooting and incident management
