📋 Description

• Develop and automate business processes and services on the ServiceNow platform. • Build solutions using modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and others. • Develop applications using App Engine. • Build and configure workflows, forms, integrations, and business rules. • Participate in technical assessments and requirements-gathering sessions with clients. • Identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions. • Ensure development best practices and platform governance. • Work on projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). • Support the resolution of technical issues and the continuous improvement of delivered solutions. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across functional, business, and architecture areas.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience implementing ServiceNow in one of the following modules: ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SOM, ITBM, S2P, ITOM, IRM, or SecOps. • Experience configuring and managing the platform. • Strong knowledge of JavaScript. • Experience with Flow Designer. • Experience with ServiceNow integrations (inbound/outbound). • Experience working with Agile methodologies. • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Advanced English proficiency (preferred for international projects). • One or more ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, and CIS. • Preferred qualifications: advanced Spanish; fluent English; postgraduate degree/MBA.
