📋 Description

• Develop and customize applications within the ServiceNow platform • Create, configure, and maintain workflows and automations using Flow Designer • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems • Create, consume, and maintain REST and SOAP APIs • Develop scripts and business rules using JavaScript and Script Includes • Develop and customize interfaces using UI Builder • Perform data imports, transformations, and processing • Implement customizations according to business needs and ITSM processes • Troubleshoot bugs, analyze issues, and support existing applications • Conduct testing and validation of developed solutions before deployment • Gather requirements from relevant stakeholders and propose improvements and automations • Support the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of ITSM modules and functionalities • Document developments, integrations, configurations, and implemented solutions • Investigate and resolve incidents related to applications and integrations
