📋 Description

• Develop and enhance solutions on the ServiceNow platform, supporting clients in their digital transformation, automation, and operational efficiency journeys. • Configure ServiceNow ITOM to discover and inventory computers, switches, servers, and applications across client networks. • Automate configuration management and CMDB processes using ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM. • Install and configure IT monitoring using ServiceNow ITOM. • Configure ServiceNow ITOM for cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, Azure, and OCI. • Configure ServiceNow AIOps integrations with Zabbix, Dynatrace, Datadog, Netcool, TrueSight, SolarWinds, SCCM, SCOM, and other solutions. • Automate workloads and workflows in traditional and cloud environments using SSH, PowerShell, JDBC, and REST/SOAP APIs.

🎯 Requirements

• Have configured at least one of the following management solutions: Zabbix, Nagios, SolarWinds, SCOM, SCCM, Dynatrace, Datadog, AppDynamics, Netcool, TrueSight, Nimsoft, UIM, Tivoli, TADDM, ADDM, or BMC Discovery. • Knowledge of traditional and cloud IT infrastructure. • Knowledge of at least one container deployment technology: Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift. • Knowledge of different integration architectures and protocols between systems and platforms. • Experience working on IT infrastructure or cloud automation projects and activities. • Proficiency in at least one programming language: JavaScript, Perl, Python, PowerShell, or Shell scripting. • Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. • Preferred qualifications: Fluent English; ITIL Foundation certification; previous experience with ServiceNow ITOM; experience with Netcool Omnibus, Splunk, BMC TrueSight, or similar tools; experience with Elastic Stack, Graylog, Splunk, or Kafka; experience with Terraform, Ansible, Salt, SUSE Manager, Chef, or Puppet. • Strong results orientation and sense of ownership. • Excellent communication and influencing skills. • Ability to navigate complex and political environments. • Hunter mindset with consultative sophistication. • Resilience and energy for longer sales cycles.
