📋 Description

• Develop and maintain applications on the ServiceNow platform using best practices • Support the configuration and customization of modules such as App Engine, Customer Service Management (CSM), and IT Service Management (ITSM) • Create and maintain Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer workflows, and Record Producers • Participate in the technical analysis of functional and non-functional requirements • Support the integration of the ServiceNow platform with internal and external systems through REST and SOAP APIs • Participate in the team’s Agile (Scrum) ceremonies and collaborate on the continuous improvement of processes • Keep activities up to date in Jira • Pursue ongoing technical training in the ServiceNow platform and related technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript development • Knowledge of or experience with the App Engine, ITSM, or CSM modules • Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform • Basic knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs • Basic knowledge of databases and data modeling • Familiarity with web development concepts • Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban • Ability to learn continuously and interest in developing enterprise solutions • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Preferred: knowledge of Flow Designer and Service Portal • Preferred: basic knowledge of microservices-based integrations
