📋 Description

• Develop and customize the ServiceNow Portal and Employee Center • Create and enhance widgets, pages, components, forms, and digital journeys • Work with UI Builder, Service Portal, and UX/UI practices on the platform • Develop automations, workflows, and flows using Flow Designer • Configure and develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and API integrations • Work with Service Catalog, forms, and process automations • Implement integrations with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs • Ensure best practices in development, security, governance, and performance • Implement, customize, support, and enhance solutions focused on managing risks related to third parties, suppliers, and strategic partners

🎯 Requirements

• Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform • Knowledge of Service Portal, Employee Center, and UI Builder • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS • Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and REST APIs • Knowledge of ACLs, users, groups, roles, and platform security • Experience with Service Catalog, workflows, flows, and automations • Experience with REST and SOAP integrations • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is a plus • Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is a plus • Other ServiceNow certifications are a plus • Experience with UX/UI and designing digital journeys on the Now Platform is a plus
