📋 Description

• Implement, enhance, and maintain ServiceNow TPRM and BCM solutions • Gather requirements and translate the needs of Risk, Compliance, Security, Business Continuity, Audit, and Procurement teams into platform-based solutions • Design and optimize third-party management, risk assessment, due diligence, remediation planning, and vendor monitoring workflows • Structure BIA, business continuity, contingency, recovery, and crisis management processes • Configure workflows, automations, approvals, notifications, and reports • Support governance, compliance, and the continuous improvement of risk and business continuity processes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience implementing, enhancing, or maintaining ServiceNow TPRM and/or BCM modules • Knowledge of third-party risk management, compliance, business continuity, and crisis management • Ability to lead requirements gathering and design business-oriented solutions • Consultative, analytical, proactive profile with strong communication skills • Knowledge of ISO 22301, ISO 27001, ISO 31000, NIST, COBIT, and ITIL • Knowledge of ServiceNow IRM modules, including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, Audit Management, and Issues Management • Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, APIs, and Performance Analytics • Basic ServiceNow development knowledge
