📋 Description

• Develop ServiceNow applications using the AppEngine, CSM, and other modules. • Ensure high-quality, high-performance deliverables aligned with business needs. • Collaborate with the Product Owner, Technical Lead, and Architect to understand requirements and define solutions. • Integrate systems using REST and SOAP APIs and microservices, ensuring interoperability. • Ensure that developed solutions meet identified functional and non-functional requirements. • Apply business understanding to connect technical solutions with project requirements. • Estimate effort for requests and product backlog items. • Identify technical risks. • Deploy software packages to development, testing, and production environments. • Ensure that services are properly documented and published in the appropriate tools for broad accessibility.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications, including configuration, customization, and integrations in the AppEngine and CSM modules using Client Scripts, Script Includes, Portal Widgets, Flow Designer, and Record Producers. • Knowledge of REST and SOAP integrations and microservices. • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (SCRUM/Kanban). • ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications are a plus.
