📋 Description

• Lead FP&A project kickoff sessions, including scope alignment, success criteria, and delivery cadence. • Guide customers through FP&A system navigation, user access, and security setup. • Drive projects to formal graduation and closure, ensuring knowledge transfer and customer readiness. • Validate financial outputs against ERP source data. • Support customers in creating executive‑ready financial statements. • Design and configure budgeting and forecasting models. • Validate workflows and budget logic with customer stakeholders. • Advise customers on data governance best practices within FP&A. • Ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and anticipate issues or conditions that may impact the original estimate or project budget. • Meet utilization targets and complete project deliverables on time. • Demonstrate a high level of functional knowledge on the modules associated with their respective certification track.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Financial Planning & Analysis, Management Accounting, Financial Systems Consulting, ERP or EPM implementation services. • Hands‑on experience delivering customer‑facing consulting engagements. • Experience working with: Financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Trial Balance). • Budgeting and forecasting processes. • Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., Epicor Kinetic or similar platforms). • Experience with Excel‑based financial analysis and reporting. • Prior Professional Services or implementation consulting experience strongly preferred. • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
