📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive financial services and support as defined in the client contract • Manage day-to-day India financial and accounting operations for a portfolio of three entities • Meet KPI, financial, and other client-contract targets • Monitor resource use and manage budgeting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable • Support the India Operations Director and leadership team with business, operational, financial decision-making, risk mitigation, and costing advice • Manage expenses and debtors and monitor financial KPIs • Support cost-saving projects, risk identification, analysis, and financial target achievement • Identify, cost, and obtain approval for contract scope changes • Coordinate monthly accruals with client Finance • Manage vendor payments and invoice processing • Monitor accounts receivable, cash-flow forecasting, and cash-flow management • Produce monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports and variance analyses • Prepare annual budgets and forecasts three times per year • Maintain regional data integrity and audit data • Establish and maintain process and systems controls for transaction integrity • Ensure financial accounting and reporting are audit worthy and aligned with recognized quality management processes • Ensure effective training on financial systems and data extraction • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and client contractual deliverables • Support leadership in achieving relevant KPIs • Build constructive relationships with superiors, subordinates, peers, and clients • Promote communication within the team and throughout the client contract

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Financial or Accounting • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Finance or Accounting • Proficiency in Advanced Excel • Proficiency in PowerPoint • ERP systems experience; JDE is a plus • Strong spoken and written English fluency • Ability to interface confidently with senior client stakeholders • Ability to think strategically and solve problems • Ability to seek innovation and identify opportunities for improved results • Ability to work collaboratively with superiors, subordinates, peers, and clients • Ability to comply with legislative requirements and client contractual deliverables • Scheduled weekly hours: 48
