📋 Description

• Manage the monthly financial close process, including recording incurred costs, reviewing journal entries, reconciling account balances, and preparing reports • Participate in developing and establishing accounting policies, procedures, and operational strategies • Review and implement process and system changes • Ensure compliance with internal control policies in a SOX environment • Collaborate with external auditors to achieve successful audit results and compliance • Analyze statutory accounting practices and study regulations and guidance for correct application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles • Monitor and forecast cash flow liquidity to support financial commitments • Partner with Sales, Marketing, HR, and Product department heads to explain financial performance and manage spending

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required • More than 5 years of accounting experience • Strong experience using accounting software and data analytics • Highly effective team management • Strong presentation skills and ability to translate complex financial jargon into clear, actionable advice for non-finance stakeholders • Master's degree in accounting, finance, or related field is a plus • Chartered Accountant preferred
