• Coach and mentor Solution Engineers ensuring consistent and high standards of service delivery. • Communicate with the sales team on new business opportunities, translate client’s technical requirements to solution, drive the technical discussions, deliver custom demonstrations, and implement technical proofs-of-concept. • Conduct technical presentation of company products, manage POC and trial processes with the clients. • Establish outstanding business relationships and partnerships with the clients by demonstrating a high level of technical expertise, understand performance characteristics and establish credibility with the clients. • Influence target clients by presenting company products values and benefits and by demonstrating product architectures and assisting with cost evaluation and pricing issues. • Gather requirements and present to Product Development team.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience of presales within the ERP industry or equivalent operational ERP experience. • Background of success in supporting both direct and channel sales. • Experience in the manufacturing, distribution, or finance industry. • Documented experience of giving customer presentations / demonstrations. • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
