📋 Description

• Prospect new leads (inbound and outbound) • Make initial contact with potential clients via phone, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other channels • Conduct exploratory conversations to understand pain points, needs, and business timing • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team • Record and update information in the CRM • Monitor prospecting and conversion metrics • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to continuously improve processes

🎯 Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills (especially by phone) • Organized and disciplined in maintaining outreach routines • Interest in sales, business, and customer relationship management • Familiarity with digital tools (CRM, WhatsApp, Google Workspace)
