📋 Description

• Draft demand letters, pleadings, motions, and affidavits • Manage and organize personal injury case files from intake through trial or settlement • Collect, review, and summarize medical records • Summarize deposition testimony and discovery responses • Communicate professionally with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and court staff • Assist attorneys with mediation, settlement, and trial preparation, including exhibits and witness coordination • Provide direct trial support, including managing exhibits, organizing witness files, and ensuring attorneys have needed materials • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and provide general case support • Collaborate effectively with attorneys and fellow team members • Maintain proactive and professional communication with clients during business hours (9 AM – 6 PM)

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of recent experience as a personal injury paralegal • Experience with workers’ compensation matters is a plus • Proficient with Microsoft Office, legal research tools, and cloud-based platforms • Experience with personal injury software such as FileVine or SmartAdvocate strongly preferred • Experience with Clio or other legal CRMs is a big plus • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines independently • Comfortable using video conferencing and working remotely • Reliable Windows-based laptop, smartphone, and broadband internet
