📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to global business leaders and translate business goals into HR strategies • Lead capability gap analysis, succession planning, and talent strategy across multiple countries • Shape global performance frameworks • Drive retention and development strategies for PV and safety talent • Monitor global team engagement and act on employee sentiment • Guide teams through restructuring, M&A, growth, and transformation • Support compensation, analytics, and HR reporting decisions • Ensure global HR policies remain compliant across markets

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner supporting multiple countries • CRO or pharmaceutical experience is required • PV experience is preferred • A degree or HR qualification (minimum BA/BSc level) • Comfort operating across time zones, cultures, and regional nuance • Experience across workforce planning, organisation design, talent, leadership development, engagement and change • Data-driven and commercially minded approach • Experience navigating organizational change and complex structures • Strong relationship-building skills and credibility to advise senior stakeholders • Willingness to travel when needed
