📋 Description

• Lead and oversee Ergomed Group Quality operations • Manage Quality Cost Grids and Quality as a Service information • Support Request for Information (RFI) and Bid Defence activities • Ensure compliance with global GxP regulations and standards • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for GxP Commercial Quality • Drive quality input into client proposals and presentations • Participate in Business Development process as a subject matter expert • Develop commercial materials to support Quality as a Service activities • Oversee preparation and analysis of Commercial Quality-related metrics • Lead, educate, and mentor quality group employees • May manage project quality and compliance activities

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related healthcare field • Proven experience in client-facing and stakeholder management roles • Ability to effectively engage, communicate, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders • Experience in preparing presentations, capability decks, and client-facing materials • Sound knowledge of pharmacovigilance and clinical knowledge • Experience in preparing and contributing to bids, proposals, and RFP/RFI responses within the Life Sciences and Healthcare domain • Exposure to project management, governance, and operational excellence initiatives • Experience supporting quality management activities, including deviations, CAPAs, audits, inspections, or process improvement initiatives • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and collaboration tools • Fluent in English (spoken, written)
