• Partner with business leaders across India and APAC, as well as stakeholders in the US and EMEA, to understand organisational priorities and translate them into strategic people plans. • Provide day-to-day HR guidance on employee relations, performance management, restructuring, and organisational design • Support leaders in driving engagement, capability building, and organisational effectiveness • Act as a trusted advisor, balancing commercial needs with HR best practice • Support with end-to-end recruitment delivery across India and selected APAC markets • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and hiring strategy • Work closely with Talent Acquisition partners • Drive diversity hiring and ensure compliance with organisational hiring standards and governance • Monitor key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate experience) and take corrective action
• Proven experience as an HRBP or HR generalist in a fast-paced environment • Experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally across multiple regions (India/APAC exposure preferred) • Solid understanding of Indian employment law and HR practices • Comfortable working at both strategic and operational levels • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills • Fluent English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus
