📋 Description

• Support the configuration of Oracle HCM modules based on defined specifications and guidance • Perform routine maintenance of core system tables and HR data • Assist in troubleshooting basic system errors and escalate complex issues to senior team members • Gather and document initial user requirements for minor system enhancements or modifications • Participate in testing activities for system upgrades and new functionalities • Provide basic support and guidance to end-users on HRIS functionalities • Contribute to documentation for HRIS processes and system configurations • Collaborate with team members to develop expertise within the HRIS domain

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in an HRIS or related technical support capacity • Foundational understanding of HRIS concepts and basic database structures • Experience with data entry, maintenance, and basic reporting from HR systems • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookups • Familiarity with Oracle HCM or another enterprise-level HRIS platform • Experience with system testing or user acceptance testing (UAT) activities • Ability to follow detailed instructions and pre-established procedures • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management tasks
