📋 Description

• Provide expertise and design services for Microsoft AD, Azure AD, SSO, VDS, MFA, IGA, PKI, and identity federation across the enterprise • Work with IT and business partners to ensure identity and access solutions meet security policies and regulatory compliance requirements • Provide technical leadership, subject matter expertise, and direction on complex corporate IAM projects • Partner with Enterprise Architecture to develop IAM solution strategies and standards • Serve as technical subject matter expert, thought leader, and key decision maker for IAM related to infrastructure integration, cloud security, network, and platform security • Define and document high-level solutions, including the use of COTS packages • Analyze technical risks and advise on mitigation strategies • Own the technical content, architecture, design, integrity, and quality of proposed solutions • Define and document actions required to close architecture gaps supporting business objectives • Identify new technologies and development tools as needed • Analyze available assets and reference architectures to bridge as-is and to-be architecture gaps • Participate in the design, implementation, and integration of Active Directory services supporting Azure, AWS, SailPoint, PingFederate, and Office 365 • Ensure IAM functionality and enterprise integrations conform to security standards

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to work in team environment on assigned tasks and multiple large projects • 10+ years of technical IT infrastructure work experience • 8+ years of IAM administration and design experience including AD, IGA, SSO, VDS, MFA, PKI, and SAML • Entry/Mid-level Azure / AWS technical knowledge • Proven track record operating in a lead technical role in a large enterprise with multiple IAM service environments, including AD services, LDAP, HR software interfaces, MFA, scripting, replication, certificates, performance, troubleshooting, monitoring, disaster recovery, security, and administration • Working knowledge of hybrid infrastructure technologies, including ESXi, VMware Cloud, server, network, storage, load balancing, and clustering • Experience with enterprise infrastructure and cloud security principles, policies, and compliance • Hands-on experience building large-scale application deployments and standard three-tier web applications • Operating systems experience with Windows Server, RHEL, and CentOS • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, verbally and in writing • Experience working directly with customers in a consultative capacity • Relevant certifications: CIST, CIAM, CISSP, or Cloud Solution Architect
