• Manage and plan account activity with quarterly business reviews • Analyze business data and gather field insights to understand industry trends and develop market intelligence • Provide monthly forecasts to sales and finance leaders • Report progress internally to the Executive team within the business • Drive growth and strategy within customer segment by utilizing products and services • Manage programs and product customization projects with internal and external stakeholders • Establish relationships with all key stakeholders and develop C-Suite level executive relationships • Negotiate transactional and long-term agreements • Develop and maximize Resideo presence and market share at key OEM accounts • Travel approximately 50%

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the HVAC, Hydronics or comparable field • 5+ years of direct sales experience, including experience selling out of a B2B sales model • Experience with multi-faceted accounts or market segment • Experience negotiating transactional and long-term agreements • Ability to travel 50% • Ideal candidate located in Golden Valley, MN; Columbus, OH; Harrisburg, PA; or Louisville, KY • This position is not eligible for US visa sponsorship
