📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications, services, and data platforms using .NET • Apply object-oriented programming principles to create modular, testable, and maintainable solutions • Contribute directly to coding, debugging, performance optimization, and complex problem-solving • Guide implementation of APIs, microservices, and data integrations across systems • Support data-driven components, including analytics, reporting, or ML-enabled features • Mentor and guide engineers through code reviews, technical coaching, and day-to-day problem solving • Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and capacity alignment • Ensure adherence to coding standards, CI/CD practices, testing frameworks, and secure coding guidelines • Work with Product, QA, DevOps, Data Science, and Infrastructure teams to deliver high-quality solutions • Translate functional requirements into technical designs and implementation plans • Communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Champion automated testing, code quality, performance tuning, observability, version control, and deployment pipelines • Stay current with .NET, cloud platforms, and modern data ecosystems • Improve development processes, tooling, and team efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline • 8–12 years of professional software engineering experience • Experience in a hands-on Technical Lead or Senior Engineer role • Prior supervisory or team-lead responsibility • Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core / .NET 6+, C#, and related frameworks • Object-Oriented Programming, service-oriented architecture, and scalable application design • Experience designing and delivering scalable, production-grade systems • Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and MongoDB • Knowledge of APIs, RESTful services, and distributed systems • Exposure to cloud platforms; Azure preferred, AWS/GCP acceptable • Experience working in Agile development environments • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams • Preferred: Docker, microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, data analytics, visualization, reporting frameworks, machine learning or statistical modeling concepts, and market research or data-intensive application domains
