📋 Description

• Lead the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering and design through implementation, testing, and deployment • Design and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance software architectures and solutions • Conduct debugging and performance optimization to ensure software stability and efficiency • Mentor and guide junior software engineers • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, define technical specifications, and align project goals • Drive adoption of software development best practices, including code reviews, continuous integration, and automated testing • Perform systems analysis to identify improvements and propose innovative solutions • Participate in agile processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience • 5–8 years’ experience in software development with C# and .NET • Proven full-stack software development experience, with strong focus on backend systems • Expert-level proficiency in at least one major programming language, such as Python • Extensive experience with Agile Development methodologies • Expertise in software architectures and software design principles • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for complex software issues • Experience with software testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for mentorship and stakeholder management • Proficiency in systems analysis and problem-solving
