📋 Description

• Develop new features using multiple technologies across both front and back end • Use AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot, Claude, and Cursor to accelerate development while validating output for correctness and quality • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with code and production environments • Collaborate with team members to establish objectives and design cohesive code • Participate actively in peer code reviews

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience • VueJS 2+ • Laravel 10+ • PHP 8+ • Relational database design with MSSQL, Postgres, or MySQL • Docker is nice to have • Experience with data caching best practices is nice to have • Experience with Amazon Web Services is nice to have • Experience with Snowflake is nice to have • Experience with OpenAI or similar is nice to have • Experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities into production applications, including model APIs, RAG, embeddings, or agentic workflows, is nice to have • Ability to collaborate in a team environment with diverse people • Passion for delivering an amazing customer experience • Ability to change one's mind and influence others • Clear and concise writing • Ability to work without a company office with a fully remote team • Good work ethic and self-starter attitude • Desire to grow and find better ways to get the job done • BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent • Regular overlap with multiple time zones for planning meetings and status updates • Must be able to work in India based on the stated Upland India remote location
